There are two ways to obtain a medical certificate for a visa.
Option 1

Simply order online, send your documents to us and we will ensure they are correctly attested for the country you intend to use the documents in.

You will be required to upload your ‘summary patient health care record’ – this is a simple summary of all of your current and past medical health conditions, medications and immunisations. Your summary care record can be accessed on request from your NHS GP surgery reception/admin team or your NHS app if you have connected your app with your surgery. A further signed wet ink copy will be sent to you by Royal Mail Tracked24. Delivery address details requested after payment.
Important Notice
The £60.00 fee for the medical certificate provided by our partner does not include the cost of the apostille or translation services. These services are charged separately. The apostille service costs £82.00, and the sworn translation is £90.00. Please ensure you account for these additional fees when ordering your medical certificate.
Once you have the medical certificate we can issue the apostille for £82.00. If you are arranging for the certificate to be sent directly to us please place an order with us before the document arrives or we will not know who the document is for.

We aim to complete all apostille orders in just 2-3 days from receipt of the documents. Once you have obtained your medical you need to order the following apostille service and sworn translation service from us:

The alternative option, if you have time, is to go through your local GP. You will need to ask them to issue a medical certificate and give them the correct format document.
This may be a slow process as it takes time for the GP to issue the certificate and then very few local GP’s are registered to the apostille database so they have to be added. The process of adding a signature takes at least 5 working days after the document is first submitted for the apostille. Not all GP’s agree to being added to the database or are slow to provide the requested registration information. Only use this option if you have time.
Medical certificates are the most commonly rejected documents we deal with as very few local GP’s are registered at the FCDO. If you are in a rush we strongly recommend you use the above private option to save time.
